Deputy Head of Financial Planning takes care of facilitate financial planning process for all offices and business functions, monitor in generate process of financial management reports at consolidated head office / regional / branch and department level, perform variance analysis for all level of operations, conduct necessary training to RD / BM to enhance financial capacity knowledge to read, analyze and make sound decision.

Duties and Responsibilities
Be in charge of financial planning process for all offices and business functions to come up with reliable final version for approval and execution.
Lead of cost accounting by root causes analyses and initiate cost reductions to increase efficiency and profitability.
Perform necessary analysis (cost and benefit analysis…etc.) upon request, Direct rolling forecasting to improve reliability on financial planning and operations, Take lead in annual credit rating process.
Report to other stakeholders (parent, lender, regulator…etc.) on routine and ad-hoc reports/analysis requests.
Develop training materials, deliver training to RD/BM to achieve objectives and understand impact of financial decisions.
Monitor implementation of financial execution by conducting Opex and Capex variance analysis for all level of operations.
Assist Head of Financial Planning in prepare/revise annual financial plan to meet short-term Hattha Bank’s goal, Collaborating with Hattha Bank and Parent’s Corporate Strategy and Planning to build/revise medium (MTBP) and long-term financial plan to meet group level’s goal, Gauging Hattha Bank’s overall financial health based on analysis of key financial ratio and address to management to make informed decision, Benchmarking to increase productivity and efficiency, Design / enhance and implement financial module and financial analysis and regular update to support/drive the business operation.
Participate in Promoting Hattha Bank business objectives, brand name, products / services to Individual and Institutions and participate in management meeting, branch manager meeting.
Perform other tasks assigned by management.
